Executive Assistant – Children & Young People Division

Location: Home-based (West Midlands or Essex) with UK travel

Are you a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Salutem Care and Education is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Divisional Director in the Children & Young People Division.

Join a team dedicated to delivering trauma-informed, child-centred care and education, making a real difference in the lives of children and young people. 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the Divisional Director’s calendar, travel, and communications.
• Coordinate divisional projects and track key milestones.
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the wider team with administrative tasks, meetings, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to prioritise and thrive under pressure.
