About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the home, ensuring a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where young people can flourish.
You’ll work collaboratively with your team to embed a trauma-informed culture that supports emotional recovery and personal growth. You’ll oversee care planning, safeguarding, quality assurance, and team development — ensuring that everything we do is centred on the needs and aspirations of each child.
You’ll also build strong, effective partnerships with families, local authorities, education providers, and clinical professionals to ensure joined-up, holistic support for every young person in your care.

- Qualified to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or working towards completion
About You
You’ll have:
- Experience in a leadership role within children’s residential care (EBD experience essential)
- A thorough understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and the Children’s Homes Regulations
- The ability to inspire, develop, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding care
- A reflective and emotionally intelligent leadership style
